Join us for express 30 minute headshot sessions with photographer Amy Lee Carlon
These sessions are perfect for small business owners, side hustlers or anyone looking for high quality, affordable & professional headshots for their website, socials, pitch decks or myriad of other uses.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
a 30-minute photography session with photographer Amy who will make you feel relaxed and comfortable, ensuring you look your best! We’re going for a natural, lifestyle look — no stiff or boring shots here!
Amy will deliver high resolution edited shots via email approximately one week post shoot. You’ll be able to select your top ten with any extras available to purchase per image. Both black and white and colour options are available.
WHAT TO KNOW
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your booking and be ready to commence on time, if you arrive late you will forfeit this time as we’re unable to run over.
Please arrive dressed in your first outfit (option for one outfit change). We suggest that plain/colour blocked clothing is best (avoid checks or thin stripes). A change room is available on site.
Feel free to bring along any relevant props for example laptop, phone, notebook or podcast equipment. We provide a range of tables, chairs & stools, coffee & tea cups etc.
You might like to consider having your hair or makeup done prior to the shoot (although this is certainly not a requirement), we’ve provided a list of local businesses below who may be able to assist, any HMU to be completed prior to shoot time and offsite.
Cost for each session is $350 including GST. We can accommodate up to two people in each session if you would like photos taken together with a business partner or colleague. For any more than two people please book two or more sessions in a row, or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation, please ensure to read our terms and conditions below before booking your session.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds/transfers into other events/credits due to change in personal circumstances, including illness.
We ask if you are presenting with COVID-19 like symptoms and/or have the COVID-19 virus that you refrain from attending and that you contact us.
For whatever reason a person/s is not able to attend, we welcome a person/s of your choosing to take the place.
We reserve the right to alter/cancel/postpone this event at any time. If this is to occur you are welcome to a refund/credit/transfer.
By booking and making payment the Client gives the Photographer/ The KO the worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable right and permission permanent, to copyright, publish, re-publish, use and re-use, reproduce, and adapt any photography created by the Photographer of me or in which I or any other adult involved in the session may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the right to:
a) Publish and communicate the photographs on the Photographer’s blog, website, Facebook page and/or any other social media tool used by the Photographer;
b) Use the Client's name in connection with the photographs in any media now or hereafter known for any other purpose whatsoever;
c) Publish and communicate the photographs in any of the Photographer’s promotional and/or advertising material in any medium;
d) Reproduce the photographs by making prints, photocopying, and digitising;
e) To alter the photographs without restriction;
f) For any other purposes and in any manner.
The Client warrants that they have obtained consent from and authority from all adult persons included in the photographs from the session and will indemnify and defend the Photographer from any litigation arising out of any use of the photographs and/or video of any other adult person included in the session in accordance with the above.
Photographs/images produced by the Photographer are protected by copyright laws (all rights reserved). Upon final payment by the Client, the Client is allowed to display resulting images for their own brand use online and in print. The images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of the Photographer.
The Photographer asserts all moral rights attached to the photographs and the Client does not have the right to edit, change, add to, take from, alter or otherwise amend the photographs without the prior written consent of the Photographer except in the case of cropping an image.
The Client gives the Photographer/The KO unrestricted rights to use any image from the session/event for industry competitions and as required for promotional and advertisement purposes including but not limited to print form and on the internet including social media and websites. The Client agrees not to copy, cause to be copied or allow anyone else to copy, photocopy, laser copy or computer scan these images.
In any publications whether print or online credit will need to be displayed for the imagery. Do not re-edit/ apply filters to the images that will alter the colour (Pre-made Instagram filters etc.) Sophisticated graphic design alterations, cropping, text overlay are allowed. If you’d like to do so you can pay for ownership of the images. I have permission to ask you to remove images if you have altered them incorrectly and posted them.
The Client has limited copyright ownership of the resulting images which will be transferred to the Client under the following conditions:
a) the digital images and digital files are the property of the Client for use for their brand online and in print. Billboard usage will require additional fees.
b) the Client can not sell the images to any third party.
