About us
THE KO is a multi-purpose creative workspace located in Newtown, Geelong, run by Karina van de Pol and Olivia Fleetwood.
The space includes a photography studio, fully equipped kitchen and a gallery and events space suitable for classes, workshops, demonstrations and celebrations.
We provide the environment for creatives and small businesses to work, connect, be inspired and grow from. Use our space to host a meeting, photoshoot, class or exhibition, or join us at one of our varied events.

With backgrounds in marketing, styling, food and design, THE KO’s founders Olivia Fleetwood and Karina van de Pol are passionate about education, community, and creativity. Their mission at THE KO is to foster collaboration and inspiration across the food, wine, art and design industries and to support the Geelong and wider Bellarine creative community.
