PLOT Architecture & Urbanism is reprising its group workshop to support anyone thinking about renovating their home, but unsure how to begin, or where to get help!
Together with Fluent Studio, PLOT will guide you through the ins-and-out's of the renovation process, whilst sharing a few insights that will make navigating the planning, design and construction process as easy as possible.
The workshop will cover:
Design Strategies
Design Team
Design Trends
Planning Permits
Building Permits
Heritage & Sustainability Considerations
Construction Methods (Builder vs Owner Builder)
Cost of Construction
There will also be an opportunity to get hands-on with the studio’s product sample-boards, and to ask the presenters any burning questions! It's a lot to cover in one hour but we'll do our best to give you a head start.
