WE'RE HIRING!

We’re on the hunt for a studio coordinator to help us run our events, manage the day-to-day of the studio and generally assist us in making everything run smoothly at The KO.

This is a flexible role that will include different duties each week, depending on what’s on, although will generally involve the following:

  • Meeting and greeting clients at the studio, opening and closing for bookings

  • Liaising with the directors on managing the studio timetable

  • Weekly studio maintenance, keeping everything clean and tidy

  • Monitoring inventory and stock levels

  • Basic administration

  • Input on organisation of creative events and workshops

  • Bumping in and out for events

We’re looking for someone with creative flair and high attention to detail, no previous experience is required. There is potential for this role to develop into other areas of the business and to grow as we continue to although to begin with we anticipate it may only be a few hours each week.

This is a casual position and may require occasional after hours and weekend work, this role is best suited to someone with a flexible schedule. We are happy to discuss negotiated benefits such as allocated studio use time (eg. for a photographer or student).
