Join us on Saturday November 30th for a masterclass with renowned baker, previous owner of the Tivoli Road Bakery and author of The Tivoli Road Baker, Michael James.
Over three hours Michael will guide us through the stages of making sourdough and Turkish flat bread, Michael will also prepare some pizza dough for us to cook and enjoy as lunch at the end of the class.
Each participant will take home their own shaped loaf to bake in their own oven.
This is a hands-on class with limited tickets available and a special opportunity to learn from one of the world’s best bakers - we are so thrilled to have Michael joining us for this class.
